A deposit of £25.00 per person is required at the time of booking, either by cheque within 3 days, or by Credit Card or Credit Card guarantee.  If we do not take a deposit at the time of booking and hold your credit card as a guarantee we reserve the right to take the deposit should you cancel.  The other booking conditions still apply.  Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance must be guaranteed in full by credit card.  We regret that a deposits cannot be returned for any reason, but can be used against a future booking within 3 months, (Except Bank Holidays) subject to availability.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival date will be subject to full payment unless we are able to re-let the room.  This will be taken from the credit card given as guarantee of the booking.

No deduction can be made for early departure, or for meals not taken for whatever reason.

Please check booking conditions, and the details, i.e. date of arrival, type of room and price on our confirmation if sent, as any variations or mistakes may not be able to be rectified on arrival.

We prefer payment to be made by Cheque or Cash, although we do take all major credit cards, but these and all electronic transactions, will be subject to a 1.5% surcharge.  

(This does not apply to deposits taken on the phone at the time of booking)

Rooms are available for occupation from 2.30 pm onwards.  Check-out time is 10.30 am on the day of departure.
